Get Started on DeVol

Platform Overview

The DeVol platform is live. Access it here.

Please note that the platform may not be available in all countries.

The platform may only be launched from a desktop or laptop, not from a mobile device or tablet.

Onboarding

Press “Launch App” on the DeVol Network website.

To begin trading on DeVol, you must first connect a cryptocurrency wallet.

You can choose from several different wallets. We currently recommend downloading Phantom Wallet as a Chrome extension.

If you are in a restricted country, you will only be able to access DeVol in the “View Only” mode without the ability to execute option trades or provide liquidity.

Click “Connect wallet” to connect your cryptocurrency wallet to DeVol and begin trading.

You will be asked to click “Connect” on your wallet.

You will be given a choice between onboarding as a Lite Trader, where you will go through a basic identity verification process and will be limited in the amount you can trade, or as a Power Trader where you will go through a complete identity verification process that allows you to trade without limitations.

• United Kingdom

• The United States of America

• The U.S. Virgin Islands

Note: Some users, due to their geographical location, will not be presented with a choice and will automatically go through the Power Trader full identity verification process.

Onboarding as a Lite Trader

Select “Lite Trader” and press confirm.

Fill in the fields for first and last name, date of birth, country of citizenship, country of residence, and email.

Check the box to agree with the DeVol Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy and press Submit.

You may need to wait a few minutes as your identity is being verified.

*Do not refresh your screen.*

If the basic identity verification process is successful, a confirmation window will appear saying you have been approved as a Lite Trader.

Press “Continue” and you will be taken to the DeVol Trading Platform where you can begin trading.

If the identity verification process is unable to be completed, you will receive a message saying that you will be contacted via email when the process is complete.

Onboarding as a Power Trader

Select “Power Trader” and press “Confirm.”

You will need to complete a Natural Persons Questionnaire with three sections.

For the first section, “General Information,” fill in the fields for first and last name, date of birth, country of citizenship, country of residence, state, city, postcode, full address, and email.

Press “Continue”.

For the second section, “Occupation & Purpose for using the company services,” fill in the fields for employment status, industry, the amount you intend to trade, and the purpose for using DeVol.

For the third section, “Politically exposed person” confirm that you or a close family member or associate are not a politically exposed person.

Check the box at the bottom confirming the information you provided is correct and that you agree to the DeVol Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You will then be required to do a document and selfie check via a third-party identity verification provider, Onfido.

After passing these checks you will be able to trade on DeVol as a Power Trader without limitations.
